Community Mental Health Support Worker Early Psychosis STEP

Devon Partnership NHS Trust invites applications for a Mental Health Community Support Worker in Exeter and East Devon, within the STEP team. You will support individuals with early psychosis, promote recovery and social inclusion as part of a multidisciplinary group.

You will conduct physical health checks, collaborate with Primary/Secondary care, and contribute to group work and family interventions while managing a small caseload under guidance.
