Part-Time Premises Officer — School Facilities & Maintenance

BAM UK & Ireland recruiting a Premises Officer to join our FM segment. Based at Tudor Grange Academy Haselor in Alcester, Warwickshire; 20 hours per week with hours to be confirmed. Hourly rate £13.50.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, health & safety, and supporting site operations. You will work with contractors, manage spares, maintain records, and provide emergency access outside hours.
