National Lead Nurse – Physical Health & Resuscitation

Cygnet is seeking an experienced Physical Health & Resuscitation Lead Nurse to join its Health Protection Team. The role focuses on developing best practice, driving improvements in physical health outcomes, and delivering education to clinical staff.

You will lead across national services, monitor KPIs, support staff development, and act as a visible clinical leader, guiding change and ensuring high standards of care across the organisation.
