Overview

In this role you will join a Leeds-based, award-winning commercial law firm’s Construction team to handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. You advise contractors, developers and government bodies on construction matters, including adjudications and litigation, and support related real estate, corporate and banking teams on transactions. The team works on regional infrastructure projects and offers clear progression. This is a chance to shape construction practice within a respected firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of construction matters for private and public sector clients
• Represent clients in adjudications and litigation
• Provide construction support to Real Estate, Corporate and Banking teams during acquisitions and disposals
