HR Business Partner: Employee Relations & UK/EU Law

The Cigna Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to support the UK and Europe, partnering with senior leaders to apply employment law, drive people-focused, commercially sound decisions, and shape a thriving workplace.

You will influence employee relations, organisational design and change programmes, backed by CIPD Level 5+ and a degree, with law qualifications desirable. This role is based in Glasgow/Greenock with hybrid work.
