DERMATOLOGY CONSULTANT – SURREY

Dermatology Consultant – Locum – Surrey

Locum People are seeking a Dermatology Consultant to work in Surrey on a long‑term basis, commencing with a 3–6 month locum period with potential extension.

Schedule and Hours

• 40+ hours per week
• 10 PA (Practice Associates) per week
• On‑call duties – timing to be confirmed

Responsibilities

• Conduct new and follow‑up outpatient consultations, assessing, diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatological conditions.
• Participate in specialist dermatology clinics, including skin cancer, inflammatory dermatoses and other sub‑specialties as required.
• Perform minor surgical procedures during day‑case theatre sessions, including excisions and biopsies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be on the Specialist Register.
• Fully GMC registered.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Provide contact details for two referees who can be contacted for reference.
