Site Manager

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands long standing family run residential contractors. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an 80 unit housing project in Eglinton, ideally the candidate will have an excellent house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in private and social house builds.

Packages around £55-65k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer’s expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
