Working collaboratively with the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS), Republic of Ireland Fire & Rescue Services (ROIFRS), the National Directorate for Fire and Emergency Management (NDFEM), South West College (SWC), and Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim Education and Training Board (MSLETB), the postholder will coordinate the development of standardised cross-border training approaches, operational procedures, facilitator programmes, and interoperability frameworks.
