Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver condition surveys and technical inspections across the regional commercial property portfolio
• Produce high-quality reports and actionable recommendations aligned to client objectives
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee pre- and post-contract activities with a focus on JCT contract administration
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior staff and APC candidates
