Shift Manager – Logistics Operations Lead

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Mallusk (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a small team of 8, ensuring a safe, efficient and compliant operation. The role reports to the General Manager and combines hands-on management with people leadership to meet service levels and performance targets.

The position is full-time and permanent, with Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 hours and a salary up to £40,000 per annum along with a benefits package including pension and other proposals.
