M&E Contract Manager — Multi-Site, P&L Ownership

PRS is seeking a Contract Manager for M&E and facilities management in the West Midlands. The role involves leading a mobile team across a mix of commercial, industrial and high-end residential sites.

Salary is circa 58,000 per annum with a car allowance, plus 25 days’ annual leave and statutory holidays. The successful candidate will own client relationships from contract start and drive performance on multi-site estates.
