Strategic HR Advisor (Generalist)

Sealey Tools in Bury St Edmunds seeks an HR Advisor to support managers on HR policies and employment law. The role covers discipline, absence management, training delivery, engagement initiatives, and recruitment support, including drafting adverts, contracts and inductions.

You will manage HR systems, maintain confidentiality, and build relationships across the business. A CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it is preferred.
