About you
- Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong background in Finance Operations and/or Finance Shared Services within a professional services environment
- Proven ability to influence and consult with senior leaders
- Excellent understanding of operational efficiency and financial accounting principles
- Skilled in project management and systemic thinking
- Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools
What you’ll do
- Prepare the Centre’s monthly management reports and assist with financial statements and audits
- Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and support annual budgeting processes
- Oversee accounts payable and interfirm invoicing/settlement processes
- Manage month-end procedures and banking relationships, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions
- Contribute to the financial operations of the Belfast Centre, including cash flow management
