Residential Support Worker – 24/7 Probation Care

HMPPS Wales is seeking a dedicated officer to provide 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring safety, security and risk management while residents are on site. You will supervise residents, enforce rules and contribute to sentence plan objectives during shifts and handovers.

The role involves out-of-hours work, a flexible approach to location, and collaboration with Offender Managers and partner agencies to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
