Manufacturing Training Manager – CIPD Level 5

Elite-HR is seeking an experienced CIPD Level 5 Training Manager to join a growing Hampshire manufacturing company. The role focuses on leading Training, Learning & Development initiatives within an operational factory environment, with exposure to GMP, Health & Safety, and quality systems.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in Training, Learning & Development or Operational Excellence, plus 3 years of leadership experience managing training teams.
