Howden Group offers a Direct ors & Officers Insurance Apprenticeship Programme in London starting September 2027. You will join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme.

The scheme requires you to work in the office at least 3-4 days per week and to reside within a commutable distance in the UK. No prior insurance experience is needed; you’ll be trained across D&O and FI insurance, with exposure to technology, energy and finance clients.
