Senior Platform Product Marketing Lead — ITSM/ESM & AI

TOPdesk is seeking a senior product marketing leader to own the positioning and narrative for our ITSM/ESM platform, including AI capabilities. You’ll connect customer pain points to a cohesive platform story and work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to land the message.

You will balance long-term vision with quarterly launches, shape ICPs from evidence, and influence cross-functionally to ensure alignment across the business.
