Trainee Creative Play Facilitator – Family Arts & Community

Rosehill invites two early‑career practitioners to join the Tent Project in Workington, developing skills in group facilitation within a collaborative, multi‑partner setting. The role runs across both Whitehaven and Workington sessions, with buddying and transitional responsibilities to local delivery.

Training and paid introductory meetings are included, with DBS checks required. Applicants should be passionate about play, creativity, and wellbeing, and flexible to travel between sites.
