Field Care Technologist – Home IoT Install & Support

Lilli is seeking a practical Field Care Technologist to join the team in a hybrid role, split between home-based work, customer visits, and time at the Pulborough office. You will install, configure and support Lilli’s home monitoring technology, and perform assessments for referrals.

Many visits involve working with older adults and vulnerable customers, so you will be calm, respectful and clear when explaining tech and processes.
