Senior Care Assistant — Lead Care & Activities (42h)

Agincare Group at Waterloo Care Home is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care 42 hours per week from 8am to 8pm, including alternate weekends. You will lead a caring, confident team and support residents with dignity, independence, and well-being.

You will administer medications safely, contribute to care plans, and help create a home where residents feel valued and at ease. Training up to QCF Level 5 is provided along with pension and other benefits.
