Responsibilities
- Manage complex divorce and separation matters, including international elements, assets, and trusts
- Advise on matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements
- Support Team Lead in strategy development and client service enhancement
- Mentor junior lawyers and supervise support staff
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver a seamless client experience
- Drive business development through networking, seminars, and professional forums
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in family law
- Proven track record in complex financial remedy and high-net-worth cases
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; discretionary handling of sensitive matters
