Hybrid Planning Officer (Local Authority) – 3-Month Contract

Osborne Richardson is recruiting for a Planning Officer on behalf of a Local Authority in Essex. You will manage your own caseload of householder and minor planning applications, assess proposals against legislation and policy, and prepare reports and recommendations for Members, developers and the public.

The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in Planning or a related field and be eligible to work towards MRTPI. Local authority or consultancy experience is valued.
