Finance Lead – Multi-Site Childcare Growth & Controls

Kiddie Capers Childcare is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function across its nurseries, partnering with operational leaders to ensure robust financial control and accurate reporting.

You will oversee month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting and cost management, while driving insights to maximise occupancy, profitability and sustainable growth across the portfolio. A UK driving licence and experience in multi-site environments are essential.
