Empowerment Housing Officer — Build Safe, Welcoming Communities

Westminster City Council is seeking a Housing Officer to manage a patch of housing stock, including social tenants, leaseholders and residents, delivering high-quality service and taking ownership of issues. You will conduct home visits, quarterly inspections and estate actions with residents.

You will work with council and external services, respond to inquiries, safeguard vulnerable residents, and support welfare referrals, emergencies and flexible working patterns in a busy front-line role.
