Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of private client matters (wills, powers of attorney, executries, trusts, succession planning)
- Develop and maintain client relationships with support from senior practitioners
- Take ownership of matters as you progress, with structured development
- Collaborate with colleagues and work towards further qualifications (e.g., STEP)
Key requirements
- Scottish Qualified Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE or a trainee approaching qualification
- Private Client experience preferred but transferable skills considered
- Strong communication and client-focused approach
