Senior Children’s Residential Support Lead

Witherslack Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support and lead a team in our children’s homes. You will help ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain high care standards, and build trusted relationships with young people.

Starting as an RSW through the Care Academy, you will undergo a 4-week off-the-job induction and then contribute to care planning, safeguarding, and wellbeing. A full UK driving licence is essential, with progression opportunities within WG.
