Senior Children’s Residential Support Lead

Portman Recruitment Limited is assisting with a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker role in Rugby. You will lead shifts, support young people with SEMH needs and deputise for the Team Leader when required.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent; driving licence is preferred. Flexible rota includes weekends and up to four sleep-ins per month, with potential total earnings up to £41,808 per year.
