Strategic Account Growth Manager – KPI Driven

Mobius is seeking an Account Manager to ensure services are delivered accurately against the KPIs in each customer contract. You will help customers achieve their business goals while supporting sustainable profit for Mobius, building long-term relationships beyond the initial contract period and identifying opportunities to increase turnover and profitability.

In this role you will manage customer meetings, review KPIs, record actions in the CRM, and support contract renewals and tenders.
