Dementia Activity & Engagement Coordinator

Coniston House Care Home is seeking a passionate Activity Coordinator to design and deliver a person-centred activity programme for residents living with dementia. You will work to understand individual interests and memories, tailoring activities to each person and maintaining careful records of participation and outcomes.

You will collaborate with a caring team, plan sessions in advance, and adapt activities to varying abilities while promoting wellbeing, safety, and community involvement.
