In this varied role, you will lead engineering activity while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across automated milling, process and packing equipment, conveyors, motors, drives, extruders, mixers, ovens, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, site services, and electrical supplies.
You will diagnose breakdowns, minimise downtime, complete maintenance records through a CMMS system, support improvement projects, and work closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance.
This role would suit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Engineering Team Leader with electrical and mechanical maintenance experience who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, ongoing training, overtime, and the chance to make a real impact within a growing FMCG manufacturing environment.
