Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next opportunity?

We’re looking for experienced Sales Desk Executives to join a growing sales team in Northampton. You’ll play a key role in driving new business, supporting existing customers and helping with the day-to-day operation of the Sales Desk.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving results.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity
• Managing inbound enquiries and following up quotations
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM
• Supporting Business Development Managers with live opportunities
• Providing cover for the Sales Desk Manager when required

About You

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• A proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude
