Aviation Operations Administrator — Temp-to-Perm

JMC Aviation is recruiting for an Operational Administrator to join their team in Paisley, Glasgow, on a temporary to permanent basis. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an initial 2-month contract and progression to a longer-term position on successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong admin experience, be proactive, and able to work within a busy aviation and base maintenance environment. Aviation knowledge is helpful but not essential.
