Sense Scotland in Bridge of Earn, Perthshire, is seeking a part-time Support Practitioner to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and complex epilepsy live independent, fulfilling lives in their own homes.
The role involves providing 1:1 support, helping individuals develop skills, manage daily tasks, finances and attend appointments, with activities in the community and personal care provided with full training. This is a flexible, on-site role.
