Laing O’Rourke in Chelmsford is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial decisions on National Grid’s Great Grid Partnership programme. You will oversee cost, cash flow and margin for allocated areas, and negotiate subcontracts and commercial agreements.
