Lead a New Children’s Home as Registered Manager

Leaders in Care are recruiting a Registered Manager to launch a new three-home children’s residential provision in County Durham. You will lead the service through Ofsted registration, build and mentor a high‑performing team and establish a stable, therapeutic environment for children aged 7–17.

You will drive safeguarding, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes, ensuring robust care planning and strong partnerships with families and authorities.
