What you’ll do
- Own the engine connecting media performance to content output across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, AppLovin and more
- Dig into ad data to spot winning trends, fix what’s not working and brief creators on what to make next
- Run the production machine, keeping high-volume ad launches flowing with smart systems and a clear cadence
- Connect the click to the conversion by optimising funnels, landing pages and offers to drive incremental subscribers
Who you are
- 3+ years in growth, performance marketing or D2C/ecommerce
- Hands-on Meta Ads experience: media buying, creative testing and analysis
- Commercially sharp, and you know how CAC, LTV and efficiency drive a subscription business
- A natural process-builder who thrives on pace and juggling multiple stakeholders
- A clear, direct communicator who’s driven by results
