Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a national developer for a Senior MEP Manager. You will oversee all M&E packages on two residential schemes, one in East London and the other in West London, reporting into the Group Construction Director.
The role requires a hands-on, mechanically biased leader with experience on large residential or hotel projects, and the ability to drive build cost efficiency, challenge designers, and deliver to a tight programme.
