Senior Legal Counsel Employment

We’re recruiting an employment lawyer for a broad in-house position with an established business.

Working within the legal team, you’ll partner closely with HR and senior stakeholders, providing practical advice on day-to-day employment issues and more complex people matters.

The opportunity

• Advise on employee relations, performance management and organisational change.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies and related documentation.
• Support the management of disputes and sensitive workplace matters.
• Work with external advisers where required.
• Help develop internal processes and deliver training to the business.

About you

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law.
• Experience gained in private practice or in-house.
• Strong employer advisory experience and a practical, commercially minded approach.
• Confident supporting HR teams and advising senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and taking ownership of your work.
