Contract Manager

Overview

In this contract-focused role, you will lead M&E service contracts across London, supervising a team of engineers and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will drive compliance, SLAs, and client satisfaction while coordinating small tenders and HR for your team. The position combines on-site and hybrid work, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. This is an opportunity to shape service delivery for a major facilities maintenance portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E service engineering team (mobile, foot mobile, and static)
• Oversee service contracts valued around 2 million pounds
• Ensure compliance and adherence to service level agreements
• Prepare small tenders when required
• Manage HR for own team and coordinate with clients
• Maintain health and safety standards across sites
• Liaise with clients to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations

Key requirements

• Strong background in Facilities Maintenance
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Experience running M&E service contracts over 1 million
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to be based in London 50% of the week
• Strong health and safety knowledge
