Contract Support Specialist – Maternity Cover (London)

BGIS UK & Europe is recruiting for a Contract Support on maternity leave cover in Central London (Trafalgar Square). The role requires close liaison with Contract Managers, Engineers and external contacts to process paperwork and ensure clients receive a professional service.

You will handle day-to-day enquiries, raise work orders and purchase orders, manage billing paperwork, maintain site records, and produce weekly/monthly reports while keeping files accurate and up-to-date.
