Room Manager – Lead Early Years Team (4-Day Week)

Co-op Childcare in Wantage is seeking a Room Manager for Little Pioneers to lead a team and drive outstanding care and early education. You will work closely with Nursery leadership to maintain compliance and high standards.

You will have a full early years qualification, a DBS check covered by us, and be passionate, honest and compassionate about supporting children’s growth in a nurturing environment. We offer training and a supportive, flexible four-day week option.
