Baby Room Manager: Lead & Develop Early Years Team

Cherubs Nurseries Nottingham is seeking an Experienced Baby Room Manager to lead a room, ensure standards, coach Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators, and deliver Cherubs’ curriculum. You will balance the needs of children, parents and staff while delivering a safe, engaging environment.

You will oversee planning, records and meals, maintain the Key Person system and lead handovers, ensuring high quality care and development for all children.
