Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison to connect with customers and resolve delivery issues at one of our last-mile warehouses. You will place outbound calls, investigate problems with delivery partners, and keep clear records of customer queries to ensure a smooth experience.
Working hours are structured shifts, and you will follow Standard Operating Procedures while protecting customer data and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the DSL team.
