Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Fashion, Home & Beauty section to deliver style advice and five-star service on the shop floor. This role is a frontline position in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment, demanding energy and a customer-first attitude.
You’ll drive sales, assist customers in discovering on-trend products, and use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience. Flexibility with hours is required as we ramp up for peak periods.
