Store Leader: People, Care & Operations

Boots UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-line teams, deliver great customer care and ensure store performance. You’ll coach your team, balance people, performance and operations, and own day-to-day running with strong safety and compliance standards.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, drive commercial outcomes, manage rotas and stock, and role-model the highest standards of service across customers and patients in a regulated retail environment.
