You will collaborate with Technology, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive delivery excellence and coach Technical Programme Managers. Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI Product and SDLC programmes, ensuring alignment with outcomes, timelines, quality standards and investment objectives
• Shape portfolio plans, governance and roadmap priorities, and manage risks, dependencies and delivery activities
• Deliver data-driven portfolio performance reporting to support decision-making
• Partner with Technology, Product, Engineering and Business teams to build alignment and resolve challenges
• Develop and support Technical Programme Managers, fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence

Key requirements

• Experience delivering complex technology programmes across multiple teams and priorities
• Programme and portfolio management experience including planning, governance, dependency management and risk management
• Comfortable in evolving environments, providing structure and clarity
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders through clear communication
• Experience leading or coaching delivery teams with strong execution and attention to detail
