People Enablement & Sales Training Lead

OrderYOYO, a Manchester-based SaaS provider for independent restaurants, is seeking an Employee Enablement Manager. You will own inductions, coach sales teams, and develop leadership programs to raise performance and engagement across the business.

You’ll partner with the CPO and department heads to identify gaps, deliver practical training, and create engaging learning materials while managing our LMS and measuring impact on results.
