Care Supervisor: Lead, Mentor & Build Quality Home Care

Starling Homecare, based at our St Albans office, is seeking a Care Supervisor who will lead client assessments and care plan reviews while mentoring carers out in Hertfordshire.

You will manage initial client meetings, support new packages of care, and help ensure high standards as we expand across the region. A full UK driving licence and own car are essential, with a wellbeing package supporting staff wellbeing.
