Flexible Roadside Mechanic – Earn up to £57k

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic in the Portsmouth area. The role offers a base salary of £50,669, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000 including bonuses and overtime.

Shifts span 06:00–02:00 and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll cover local clusters including Fareham, start from home, and work with your RAC van and diagnostic kit to get members back on the road quickly.
