Commercial In-House Counsel (IP & Contracts)

Croud is seeking a commercially minded solicitor to join the Legal team in Shrewsbury, supporting commercial contracts, IP, data protection and compliance. You will draft and negotiate agreements, manage risk and provide pragmatic advice to stakeholders across the business.

This hands-on role offers ownership, process improvement and horizon scanning, with experience in advertising or digital industries advantageous.
